Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 is going to be one interesting tablet of this year, that’s what the incoming leaks and rumours suggest for now. The device is expected to launch alongside the Galaxy Note 9 on August 9 at the Samsung’s Unpacked event. The tablet has been certified by the FCC last month and now SamMobile has come up with the full specs of the device.According to the report, the upcoming Galaxy Tab S4 will sport a 10.5-inch Super AMOLED display with 2560×1600 pixel resolution and 16:10 aspect ratio. The device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It will sport a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. The tablet will run Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box.The connectivity options will include a USB 3.1 port, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, GPS, support for LTE and Bluetooth 5.0. It is going to be backed by a 7,300mAh battery. The audio will be tuned by AKG and the device will also support DeX that lets you connect your device to the monitor.The Galaxy Tab S4 will succeed the Tab S3 which was launched last year. While the Galaxy S3 had a fingerprint sensor, the Tab S4 will come with an iris scanner instead of it. The tablet is expected to come with slimmer bezels with no home button that will make the display look more expansive and immersive.There are some speculations that Samsung may launch the device at IFA 2018 in September.The current Galaxy Tab S3 features a slim design and a glass back similar to what we see in the Samsung’s high-end Galaxy S phones. The Tab S3 comes with a 9.7-inch Super AMOLED QXGA screen and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of memory under the hood.
